Do you accept insurance?Yes! We accept a wide range of insurance plans. Take a look at our Insurance & Fees tab for more information about what plans we accept in each state.

Where do you see clients?We are able to meet with clients who live in Virginia, Washington, Louisiana, and Arizona!
We provide in person sessions for our Virginia clients and can offer Telehealth for our clients in Virginia, Washington, Louisiana, and Arizona!
What can I expect in the first session?We understand that starting therapy is an important and vulnerable step. Your safety and comfort are top priority for us and the first session is a great time to check the vibes and make sure the therapist is a good fit for you!
We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant history. There’s never any pressure to share everything right away and we’ll always move at the speed of trust.
What concerns do you work with?We work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more.

How long are sessions and how often will we meet?Most sessions are 60-minutes long and most clients start with weekly sessions. This can always be adjusted to meet your needs. We also offer 30-minute and 45-minute sessions and have bi-weekly availability too!
What is your private pay rate? Our private pay rate is $185.00 per 60-minute session. We can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt for therapy services that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
If we are considered an out-of-network provider with your insurance plan, you may be able to use a superbill to receive partial reimbursement, depending on your benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to understand your out-of-network coverage and reimbursement rates.
What is your cancellation policy?We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less notice may incur a $120.00 late cancellation fee. These fees allow us to continue providing top notch therapeutic services, but they aren’t meant to be punitive. We are all people - if something comes up, reach out to your provider!
How do I get started?You can get started by using the Contact page to send over an inquiry! You will receive a response within 1 business day. From there, we can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to make sure we are a good fit!
What if I don't feel like my therapist is a good fit?Finding the right fit is crucial for achieving your therapy goals. If you don’t feel like your therapist is a good fit for you, we can talk about options, including referrals for other providers!
